Job Description:
- Tour officer is responsible for operating and providing vacation through the contracting, booking and packaging together of the various components of clients tour such as their hotel, transportation, meals, guides, optional tours and sometimes flight.
- Tour officer is considered land only operators and focus on the aspects of client package once they have arrived in their destination.
- Tour Officer holds the role of selling and administering packages from various tour operators to clients based on what they’re looking for and what package suits each client best.
- Tour Officer will work independently with the hotel, airlines and transportation services to perfect clients requests and provide the tour operator with the information and payments they need.
Job Specification:
- Having Good Communication skills in English
- Having good ideas about tour destinations
- Having good counseling ideas to clients
- General Knowledge of Accounting
- Smart, and Sound Knowledge of computer, internet and e-mail
- Priority for Commerce Student
